Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the TOS.
I am not responsible if you choose to ignore the TOS before commissioning me, for it is publicly available.
My artwork may NOT be sold or distributed as NFTs.
My artwork may NOT be fed into AI Art generators.
The only ones with rights to the commissioned work are the commissioner and the artist.

All prices are in USD.
All prices are negotiable.
All commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I am unable to complete the artwork.
All payments will be made using PayPal, invoices will be provided.
Prices are subject to change and/or additional fees.

Commissions will only be started once full payment has been made.
Due to school and work, commissions may take extended time to be completed. By commissioning me, you understand that it may take a while for commissions to be complete.
All commissions are for personal and commercial use. You must credit me if you are using my artwork publicly.
I have the right to refuse any commission.
All commissions are digital goods and/or services. No shipping required.
